Thank you for choosing to commission me or considering to.

I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.

By commissioning me, you agree to the following:

Please be able to send me a clear & up to date reference sheet of your character(s) you want done.

Please do not give me an outdated reference and expect me to get the design how you want it.

I will not create a art piece based off of descriptions.

I will directly look at the reference given and get the markings as close to the reference as possible.

If there are items you want added that aren't on the ref or items on ref you don't want then tell me.

NSFW commissions will not be sold at all. Since there is so much controversial things with NSFW I have chosen to not draw anything NSFW.

I ONLY accept payment using PayPal, Deviant Art Points.

Please only send payments through Goods and Services.

DA Point Conversion: 100 Points = $ 1 USD

Payment must be sent in full for your commission to be completed.

Prices are listed in USD. PayPal will do the conversion math for you.

Payment plans are accepted.

You will be asked your PayPal email upon commissioning, I will send a Invoice to you.

I do not do refunds after art is completed.

If I cancel the commission then a full refund will be given.

Times can very depending on que and the type of commission you ordered.

Traditional artworks can take up to 3 weeks to complete and get shipped out.

Digital pieces usually take me sometime within 1 day up to 2 weeks.

I do take rush orders, meaning your order will be moved to the very top of the list. It will cost $15 more.

You may provide me with a due date you need it by but there is no guarantee it will be done by then.

At times I may not have the motivation to do your commission and I might jump around my que a bit.

I have the right to share, display, or use my own artwork.

If you are not okay with me sharing MY ARTWORK of your Characters then do not commission me.

All of my artwork is under copyright law.

You have the right to repost my artwork I did for YOU anywhere.

Please give proper credit. Do not claim you made it.

Do not remove my watermark.

You may not trace or heavy reference my work even if the piece was made for you.

I will not share or give anyone any personal information you give me. Everything stays between us.

I ask that you don't share any of my personal information either which includes; address, PayPal, email, phone number, or anything else that is considered personal information.

If you aren't happy with the final product, please tell me.

Do not go public if you aren't happy with something, please keep it private between me and you.

I do try my best to resolve issues.

I will be happy to fix anything you ask.

There are a few limitations to what I will fix.

Major changes will cost a additional price.

I have no control over items after shipment so if they don't arrive to you do not put blame on me. Postal is unpredictable.

Do not start a big deal if items arrive to you broken or messed up. I try my best to get packages packed safely so that they get to you all in 1 piece but postal is still very unpredictable.

If an item gets to you and is broken, I will replace the item but you must pay shipping. Depending on item an additional fee may be asked for.

I must see proof of the damages if items are damaged upon arrival.

Lost items (not received due to postal losing it) can also be replaced but shipping must be payed. Depending on item an additional fee may be asked for.

Once package is received you are to message me that it has, a story saying it has arrived is also acceptable.

Stay in touch with me. Don't ghost me or leave me on read. Communication is #1 priority to me. I might ask questions about design, etc.

Progress photos will always be sent. You may ask for one at any time but do check Trello First.

You may not rush me or demand I move your commission to the top of my que.

I will not do business with scammers, tracers, thieves, etc. So if you have some bewares I probably won't accept you.

If buying something as a gift for someone please tell me who and that it is a gift. If you don't I could end up ruining the surprise.

To help me expand my work I'd love if you could post a "review" type thing to your instagram story and Tag me! All reviews will be added to my Review Highlight.

To pay for any necessities I may need.

Money also goes into my pets, vet bills, food, and anything they may need.

I may buy myself little things with it but I don't do that often so it probably won't happen.

But what I do most with the money is commission other artists especially those who get little to no commission orders. I know how they feel and I'd love to help them out.

All sales are final no refunds.

Do not claim my designs as yours.

Holds can be held for no longer than 2 weeks. You will be notified when the hold ends.

All money/viritual currency/point payments must be sent within 24 hours.

All art payments must be done within a month of being accepted.

Do not copy and/or steal designs.

Do not remove my name of design images, it is there for a reason! Mostly for if you sell or trade design the new owner can find me easily.

Design is not yours until offer is completed in full.

I have the right to refuse offers and cancel offers. Even if half or some of payment is completed. Due to past experiences with people ghosting and not finishing payments.

To ensure you aren't just getting my designs to make profit, you can not resell designs for more than what you paid for it unless there is extra art of the character. Message me if you need help with this or have questions.

If you don't want the adopt I will gladly take it back.

Minor design changes are allowed, this includes accessories. Now I'm not gonna witch hunt you down if you do make crazy changes, but I would like if you'd ask me first.

Please be specific in offers! Don't just say "I offer art". Say if it will be digital/traditional, and the type & amount!

Instant Blacklisting, meaning you may not buy from me ever again.

Could get you a beware post and warning to the public.
